Associate Level and Fully Licensed Therapist (LPC, LAPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT)-Interested clinicians should be willing to actively pursue joining panels relevant to the practice within the company policy, having at least 1 to 3 yrs of experience and a good fit with the team, driven, self motivated and able to work independently. This is an independent contractor position with a percentage payment. As Stewards of our communities, we are seeking therapists with 1-3 years of clinical experience with an ability to work with a variety of populations and psychiatric issues at the Individual, Couple, and Family levels. Candidates with strong trauma background (EMDR, TF-CBT) are strongly encouraged to apply and will be given preference. Therapists with efficiency in speaking Spanish, French, or Mandarin are encouraged to apply. Psychologist- Must be qualified to do testing as well as willing to offer psychotherapy services. Ideal clinician should already be on a few insurance panels and willing to actively pursue joining other eligible panels relevant to the practice, a good fit with the team, driven, self motivated and able to work independently. We are a diverse team and looking for male and female clinicians. This is an independent contractor position with a percentage payment. Priority is given to clinicians currently credentialed with insurance panels. Although current insurance panel acceptance is a plus, it is not a requirement. RMCC will assist with joining panels.
